The Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD, group at FOSSEE, promotes the Free and OpenSource Software (FOSS) OpenFOAM. This endeavor of FOSSEE OpenFOAM, promoted by MOE and NITI AAYOG, helps students, faculty, and industry become better skilled, along the lines of the ATMA NIRBHAR initiative. The CFD-OpenFOAM project is currently supported by the CSR funds from The New India Assurance Company Ltd, 87 MG Road, Fort, Mumbai- 400001 for a period of 1 (one) year from December 2020.
